Extremely tired and hungry for the past week?

For the past week, I've been absolutely exhausted no matter how much I sleep. I wake up exhausted and go through my entire day feeling like that. I zone out like crazy during class (which I never ever do) and catch myself in trances. I've also been extremely hungry, to the point where I can eat a sandwich granola bar and pretzels and still be starving. I recently lost 23 pounds so I obviously want to maintain my weight, but I'm upset by my sudden hunger increase because I'm scared I'll gain more weight. Should I be worried??
