Getting negative pregnancy testas are so disappointed or sad ! 😟😥

I been trying for 4 month's now and I haven't conceive yet ? It's so heartbreaking when you get a negative pregnancy test. I was just wondering if any of you mommies have any advice or any medicine or teas you took that help you conceive and was successful don't be afraid to share your story I would like to hear ?
