8 weeks pregnant and brown discharge..

😔😔. Worried!!!!! I have brown discharge or something. TMI coming here but when I insert a finger and wipe on toilet roll it's a very faint brown colour but nothing on my Panty liner. Should I be worried? I have no pain maybe just the odd cramp but had cramps on and off since I found out and apparently there common according to m doctor.

Please help I'm worrying like hell!
