Help/ advice please!

Ok so normally about a week before I'm due af I get painful breasts and then when I start my period they stop hurting. Last month the painful breasts come but didn't go I still have them now and I'm due AF again on the 3rd I've tried looking on the internet for what it could be but can't find anything I have taken a test and it was negative I just don't know why there still hurting! :(
