did I have a miscarriage????

So recently I have been having a lot of early pregnancy symptoms. I thought maybe I had my period last month, but it was very light and only lasted for two days. I figured it was possibly implation bleeding. I decided to wait to take another test until next month (which by now is only a couple days away). Anyways, yesterday my boyfriend was teasing me and he sat on my stomach. He didn't use all his weight, but it still hurt. Well last night I woke up with an awful pain in my stomach. It literally hurt every time I moved. Is it possible that I might have miscarried?
