I'm pretty sure AF is on the horizon as I've had spotting today and I'm absolutely nauseated. It's at its worst and I've never had this symptom before for PMS. I'm hoping I did not get sick from smol babs because I pick my little sister up from school each day and she is in elementary (mom had her late). I'm just staring at the BLT that is for dinner and can't bring myself to eat it but I need to 😭 I'm positive it's not pregnancy because the spotting is bright red, definetly AF. Any tips on nausea please?
