Today I am officially a day late on the bleeding front but my other symptoms have been in full swing since at least Sunday.. terrible cramps and the worst period migraine not headache migraine I've ever had it's been almost impossible to console it. Any tips on that? I also having been sleeping much :/ last night I only got about 6 and the night before only 4. Any of my cycle twins out there having this problem this week? :/
