Best teething remedies?

I think my LO is showing signs of teething...drooling, biting down, super fussy. I put some ice in a wash cloth for him to bite down on, and then rubbed ice on his pacifier and it seemed to give him some relief. Any other suggestions?

I give Tylenol BC my LO has got a low grade fever with her teething (which just got really bad and obvious last night) I'm not too keen on constantly giving Tylenol ....so I only do it if her temp is higher than normal....or I might just give her a dose before bed. My friend suggested a frozen carrot....I got some freezing now and haven't tried it yet but it seems like a good idea! (Just watch closely!) Also I'm doing the old cold damp washcloth trick. I have some teething toys but my lo's croodination isn't fully there yet and she often can't get them into her mouth correctly. I bought the teething mitt too. They wear it like a glove since they put there hands in their mouths a lot. That's working well. A little pricey but its working for her.

I believe my daughter teething as well but when I brought her for 4 month visit my dr said no. I'm not going to say I don't believe her cuz she knows better thN me but I believe it's the start of teething

The munch mitt is awesome! My son also loves when I give him a washcloth that has a few ice cubes rubber banded inside it.

Frizen binkies, and teething toys. We do tylenol sometimes too if my son is super fussy. Currently looking into amber necklaces.
