IUD woes

So I got the Skyla IUD about 5 months ago in a fit of responsibility while I was having rather a lot of not-very-protected sex with a certain guy. A week after that I stopped seeing said guy, and haven't had sex since. Since getting ms. Skyla, my period is super irregular, my skin is terrible, and my IBS is also worse than it's been in a long time. I'm seriously considering getting the IUD taken out, but if I do become sexually active again, it's my preferred form of birth control for a lot of reasons. Is it worth sticking with it? I just want clear skin, regular poops, and awesome safe sex y'all 😭
