Cramping during ovulation

Glow says I'm ovulating and I had intercourse yesterday but he pulled out both time, and so it's way to soon for anything to happen, but, I'm getting these really sharp cramping pains. It's almost like period cramps but more sharp and stinging feel where it makes my stomach turn and has been making me feel so sick to my stomach. is it normal to cramp this bad during ovulation? It's never done this before ever.
