vagina kicks??!?!

I'm pregnant with twins and just turned 26 weeks. My babies are getting stronger and I'm happy about it except the kicks and punches I used to laugh at want to bring me to tears now. My vaginal, butt whole and all other organs are their punching bags. Any suggestions to handle this better to get relief for the next few months? It really hurts 😱🤕🤒😢🙄

I'm only pregnant with one, but I tell my husband constantly he is kicking my vagina and my butt hole. It is not comfortable at all. Only a mom can understand the feeling. This is my 4th pregnancy and I do not ever recall this.

Try sitting on a birth ball or crouched over like on all fours for a bit..always helps me a lot

I'm sorry :( I have heard great things about birthing balls and my friend talked to her doctor and would lean over her couch or a chair and pull her knees up and it would help move baby. I would suggest talking to your OB and seeing what they say
