Day one of period

It's Wednesday and feels like the end of Sunday and Monday mixed up all in one. I'm in soooo much pain. It feels like everything is going wrong and I'm pmsing and want to cry and be in bed wrapped up in my blankets. I hate the first few days of my period. How do you get through yours?
