My little peanut was born 3 weeks premature. He was kept in the NICU for 6 days due to his inability to coordinate how to suck-swallow-breathe during feeding. He has been home with me for almost a week now and I have noticed he is VERY loud when sleeping. He grunts, groans, and constantly moves all night...and lately, has been spitting up a majority of what he eats during said time. I alternate between
breast milk (he is not latching...so I
pump) and the Simulac advance infant formula (what they gave him in the NICU). I'M starting to become concerned that the Simulac is the cause for a lot of these symptoms. Anyone have any experience with this formula and/or would you suggest another formula? I don't produce a ton of milk, so I can not rely simply on
pumping.
