Hi all.
I'm 5w 3d pregnant and when I woke this morning I had sharp pains all down my right side especially under my ribs and a little on my left side also. I've had no bleeding. Does anyone know what this might be? I'm extremely nervous and anxious about what might be happening 😞. This is my first pregnancy
