first gyno appt at 4😱😱😱
I am terrified! So nervous! My main reason is to discuss birth control and get tested for stds. Any suggestions? I'm absolutely terrified and nervous I'm so self concious about my vagina and feel they'll judge me. Does anyone else feel this way?
