I stopped pumping cold turkey at 2 weeks postpartum. My baby is now one month old and I just got this a few days ago. Milk blister???? Or something else?

Looks like a clogged duct to me. If it is, (and I'd suggest googling the differences between clogged duct and mastitis to see which sounds right to you) one way to get rid of it is (I'm sorry to say) pumping. You have to press gently but firmly in it while you pump or hand-express. For me, it took about two sessions of compressing while feeding for it to work. My baby sp6ot up a little (just enough to notice) clotted-looking milk afterward, and the bump wasn't sore to touch anymore. Also, warm compresses help immensely. Hope this helps!
