hard stool 💩

I know it's too much information but I've struggled with going to the toilet for the past couple of days and just found my self on the toilet with a very large hard stool and can't pass it! It feels too big to push through and I wondered if anyone has experienced this and has some advice on how to deal with it? I don't want to try and push it out and cause too much damage it had me in tears! Please help me ladies!
