Can I have someone help me, I think I've been using the OPK at the wrong times. My temps are wonky but I think if I am reading this right, it says I just ovulated?

Hi Stephanie. How long is your cycle normally?

If you have a textbook 28 day cycle, you should start testing around cycle day 10, expecting a positive opk around cd 14 (give or take a day or two).

In a normal cycle you'll ovulate 14 days before your next period is scheduled to begin, so if your cycle is normally longer/shorter, just adjust.

Your temps look up and down, temping is really tough - you should take it at the same time every morning right when u wake up - before getting out of bed or going to the bathroom or drinking anything etc.
