pinkish red?

Okay so I haven't had my period since February I'm 15 and I weigh about 80 pounds and am a active dancer which is why I haven't had my period in awhile

I just used the bathroom and peed I looked down while peeing and saw my stream was clear but there was also this pinkish red siting there in the water liebe discharge and right now I'm feeling like my stomach is rumbling but it's right on top of my vagina is this my period coming?
