I've been dealing with my anxiety without meds and been doing excellent. For the past month my now 7 month old has been having seperation anxiety. His anxiety is giving me anxiety. I can't go anywhere without him screaming bloody murder in the car. If i have him in front the tv while I cook or have to potty he screams bloody murder. I don't know what to do anymore... 😞
