Trouble losing weight. Help please!!

Does anyone have any tips for me? I'm 5'7 and 186 pounds. The most I've been ever is like 189 🙄. I'm only 15 and I've always been heavier because I have an unhealthy relationship with food blah blah I eat too much basically. I have gym everyday but nothing is really changing. So I'll cut right to the chase, I know how much I'm supposed to eat everyday, sometimes I just don't do it. But I need a workout plan. One I can do during the winter time too. Tell me what to do please!!Â
