kitten always wants to play

Understand she's still a baby. Couple weeks old. Tiny. She always wants to play. What are some ways to tire her out so she like crashes. I thought kittens needs sleep. So so hyper. She follows me everywhere which doesn't help :) and whines if I'm out of her sight and I'm just a room over.
