I hope your first day back went ok. I introduced breast milk from a bottle to my baby a few weeks before going back. She got used to taking it from a bottle but still breastfeeds in the morning before I leave and in the evening before bed. It's difficult to pump at work so your baby has milk and also breastfeed when you are home. But it is doable - I'm doing it! My baby will be 5 months this week. I went back to work when she was 2 months old. Sometimes she gets frustrated with my let down when she breastfeeds because it isn't as fast as a bottle can feed her, but she has adjusted.
