So I got my Mirena IUD in August and in September I got my period like normal. But I was supposed to get my period again last week and it never came. I had all the hormone fluctuations (examples: breast pain, cramps, extreme cravings for salt) but never actually started bleeding. I am wondering if other people who have Mirena IUDs also experience similar "periods".
