I just started getting off of the pill after eleven years straight of taking it. Have anyone of you guys been off of it before? I'm experiencing extreme cramping, I'm not ovulating so I shouldn't be experiencing cramping at the moment. I also have had mood swings, weird appetite cravings, and  temperature fluctuations. Have any of you guys experienced weird symptoms after quitting the pill?
