Anything that you can put in crib to help baby fall asleep faster?

Has any mommies found something (music, lights, toys,etc) that help baby fall asleep faster in their crib? He likes his mobile, but the music doesn't last very long.

We got a giraffe for my son 5 years ago that plays white noise, heartbeat, etc. and we occasionally use it with our new baby.  We love it.  I think it was from Babies r Us

Our play yard came with a little light that plays music and vibrates. We turn the vibrate on and he loves it, but it doesn't stay on long and as soon as it goes off he gets fussy. So I'm currently looking for something that we can use to vibrate his crib for a longer period of time, but not be dangerous.

We took the vibrating pod out of our nursing pillow and put it under the mattress in her bassinet. It works wonders for us.

I've never done anything. Apart from normal everyday noises in house. I just put her down and she goes within 10 minutes. My first I used a light show and cot mobile but I found they stimulated him. He also got used to needing something to go to sleep rather than self soathe.
