I recently quit birth control for a variety of health reasons and I'm not interested in going back on it. But ever since I've had so many weird stupid health issues.. my hair has started falling out, my boobs went up 2 cup sizes, I gained 20 pounds without any diet changes (and I run 10 km a day), I have this horribly painful acne all over my neck and my ovarian cysts seem to be popping at a rate of once a flipping month. It's like I'm going through puberty again at 25 haha. Anyone else had similar experiences ? Will it mellow out eventually ? I was on BC for 11 years and stopped taking it 8 months ago now. The only thing that's been good is that I have zero period cramps and I stopped bleeding so heavily that my iron levels dropped.
