When to call a Dr?

Hi, I posted in another forum but nobody wants to comment or anything so I thought I'd try here.

I'm close to 5 weeks and I'm having diarrhea more than three times a day and I'm feeling faint/dizzy like I'm going to black out. I also have episodes of shortness of breath.

Was wondering if I should call the doctor or if it's okay. I haven't been pregnant in over six years but my other two pregnancies were never like this in early pregnancy. Thank you.

Called and left a message for the nurse line for them to call me back. Hopefully it's soon. Just to ease my mind if anything.

Your probably dehydrated or lacking some vitamins ! Make sure your drinking at least 8 cups of water a day

Well diarrhea is normal. The dizziness sounds like you're not hydrating enough. Diarhea causes you to loose alot of water on your body and you need to be drinking a ton of water if you're going that much. Drink gatorade along with it but not too much bc the sugar in it can counteract and dehydrate you more. Stay away from sugary drinks and sick to water.  Vitamin water, water with electrolites. But also give your dr a call for a peace of mind. They will prob tell you the same thing tho.

I'd deff give tour Dr a call and make sure your keeping yourself hydrated since your loosing so much water when u go to the bathroom

Does not hurt to call. They are normal pregnancy symptoms, but are also symptoms of everything else.

Have not had a call back from doctor and the diarrhea is worsening. Literally going every time I use the restroom and I'm literally running to the bathroom.

It's like reverse morning sickness and the stools are getting watery. May just head to the ER to be safe.

Thank you guys. I haven't been pregnant in over six years, as my youngest is six and a half, and I know I didn't have these symptoms with either one of my two boys. I'm concerned because last night I was laying in bed and if I opened my eyes or turned my head, I thought I'd black out or vomit.
