pain/pulsing of ovary during 2ww...?

Hey everyone! I am 5 dpo and for the last two days, whenever I stretch my whole body, or when I lay on my stomach, I have a very slight, almost throbbing, "pain" or sensation in what I believe are my ovaries. Now today, it almost feels like I can feel a heartbeat in my right ovary. Anyone else have this?! Could it be early signs of pregnancy (pretty sure I have become a pregnancy hypochondriac after TTC for 6 months...)?
