Okay i have to ask. Does anyone else experience or have experienced developing migraines after coming off hard-core BC? I mean methods other than pills, we're talking hormone iud, implants like nexplanon and other more invasive BC methods. I was on nexplanon for 1.5 years before having to get it removed for symptom reasons but since then ive had migraines on specific days during my cycle every cycle. And for once my cycles are spot on regular...until today. Just curious and if anyone has any tips for dealing with migraines, much appreciated.
