It was kind of a little of everything for me. I have really terrible periods and a lot of hormone issues. But also I did really want to have sex with my boyfriend so that kinda was a factor too.

I did for a lot of reasons. Because I'm sexually active, I get really bad cramps, my period can be irregular at time. So pretty much just a mixture of all the basic reasons ☺️

I was getting married in a month, and I wanted to have freedom in expression on our honeymoon and not get pregnant right away.

But I'm off it after a year, it exacerbated my depression and anxiety symptoms, and that's no good when you're newly married lol... And I had breakthrough bleeding too because the estrogen dose was too low. I talked to my OBGYN before I stopped it.

Everyone has a different response to hormonal treatments.

We're just using condoms now. We recommend Durex extra sensitive extra lubricated.

My boyfriend got his last gf pregnant bc they werent using protection. Then when we started dating we always used condoms until we got lazy and just started pulling out. I got tired of freaking out everytime my period was late and I also want to prevent something that is easily preventable (until we are ready 😊)
