The newest thing going around social media! Same idea as the blue/black or white/gold dress going around last year. I saw shiny yesterday and today I see paint looking streaks 🙃🤔

White paint, lighting is all off for it to be oil (coming from an artist) and that's clearly art paint pens in the background 😊
