7 mo. restless sleeper now?!

So, my girl has always woken up 2 or 3 times a night just to nurse and go back to sleep and I've been fine with that. But recently like a week and a half ago she's started waking up a ton! She's so restless when she is sleeping as well and I think a lot of the time she just wakes herself up from how much she moves at night. She's been crawling on her own since like a week before she was 6 months and is pulling herself up on everything so it's not like she doesn't wear herself out during day haha. I was getting kind of worried so I looked it up and it's sounds like it's a pretty normal thing babies do right now. They said that they'd watch their babies try and get up in a crawling position but when they grabbed them to put them back to sleep they hadn't even woken up all the way! So I've been watching my girl tonight and that's what she's doing. So just wondering if any other moms are going through this right now?!? Any tips or tricks? I'm so tired all the time.
