I'm 7 weeks and 1 day and I'm so scared of miscarriage

Don't think about chances, numerically. No matter what, you will always worry you're in that small percentage.  I was terrified of one,  every doctors appointment was scary. Then I was worried about PPROM, delivering early, then it was stillbirth. The numbers never helped me, because they said there was still a chance something could go wrong. Now I have an 8 week old and I'm scared of SIDS. I'm sure next it will be something else. I think we become mothers when we find out we're pregnant, especially in the sense we only want our babies to be safe and healthy. And we worry. It's natural, but don't let it consume you. I could have enjoyed my pregnancy so much more if I'd have sat back and relaxed.

Wen I was in my first trimester I was petrified of having a miscarriage and even had vivid dreams in my second trimester. I'm currently 30weeks+5days pregnant and wat got me thru those scary moments was speaking life into my pregnancy. Once u speak positivity u will gain positive energy. Dwelling on the possibility just makes it worst n ur unconscious mind will just run with it in ur dreams.

Once you get a confirmed heartbeat the chances are quite lower, then around 12/14 weeks the chances drop considerably. Most happen before 10 weeks.
