I'm worried about my preemie's development

My daughter is 5 months old on Monday, 2.5 months adjusted. She does some cooing and ALOT of smiling, but we're not getting a laugh. And she doesn't coo very much. I'm wondering if this would be normal for a 2.5 month old? Any advice is greatly appreciated! Here's my love in her Halloween outfit that she was not a fan of.
