Looks like the beginning of cradle cap.. Moisturize his head and he'll be fine. Take him to the doctor if you feel like he is in pain though, it could be a sign of something more serious.

Looks like a "stork bite". Nothing to worry about, it's just discoloration. It may or may not go away. It's like a birthmark.

I could be wrong....but I think it's just from dry skin. Cradle cap? I've seen it on lots of babies even my niece who is 9months before her baby hair fell out & started growing like crazy. She's fine.
