clear, water like discharge? Pregnant? I'm 15 and scared!

What could it be? I'm only 15, and my boyfriend and I had sex almost two months ago we used a condom but nothing else, I had a heavy period last month, and still awaiting this months arrival! I have an irregular period, so that always freaks me out, but idk what this is... am I ovulating? Please help asap, I'm  crying and freaking out and I CANNOT tell my parents, they're extremely religious, and they would kick me out, disown me and I wouldn't have anywhere to go! I can't test bc I have no way of getting one, I don't have a car or any way of transportation to planned parenthood, idk what to do. I can't be pregnant having sex was a mistake and I wish I could undo it all! :( that was the last time we had sex, so I would be going on almost 8 weeks pregnant now. If I am, could I get my grandfather who has no custody of me, to be able to take me to get an abortion with out my mom ever finding out? He told me he would, but he doesn't want to get me in trouble.
