3am pee wake-up calls stink

It never fails ever night I dream I'm peeing I wake up and I HAVE to GO it's always around 3am I'm so exhausted waking up its so hard to go back to sleep because my husband get up early hours for work and he has to turn on the light them I realize I'm starving but I need to go back to sleep if I eat I'm up for good so it's going to take awhile to get used to this lol
