I put this in the post but I'm not too sure if anyone saw it. Now that I have an IUD I feel like there should be a place to add if you checked your strings or not. If they felt normal, longer or shorter. If you felt the iud from your cervix or not. Also you should be able to set a reminder to check the strings. I think this is just as important as a reminder for your pill or to change your patch or ring.
