bacterial vaginosis treatment affect pregnancy test?

Does any one know if treatment gel for bacterial vaginosis cause a negative via clear blue? I have tested positive with 3 line tests and got very very clear lines but with my fmu I got a negative on a digital! But I am using a gel for BV which causes ph levels to change. Could this be a factor does any one know???? My positive is below and I've had the same line for 3 days!
