I was given a bribe not to tell (continued)

I texted my friend who's in the same class about it, and she freaked out. Apparently she used to be friends with her in middle school and they've dated since the 6th grade and now they're seniors. She said she would have told the girl herself, but she said she has no evidence but I did so I would be able to do something but I don't see how $500 is good evidence for anything. I got comments saying I shouldn't tell and comments saying I should and people saying I should keep the money and people saying I shouldn't. Like in my last post I do not know why he would just have $500 with him or why he would give it off to a stranger but I don't know him like that or what he does to make that type of money so I'm not sure what to tell people who think it's a troll. So basically a guy who I barely know gave me $500 to not tell his girlfriend of 6 years that I saw him with another girl
