Best spot for birth control patch?
So I'm considering trying the BC patch, but I'm not sure where I want to put it or if there's a preferable spot. I know it can go on the shoulder, lower abdominal area, lower back, or butt, but what's the BEST spot? Also, any positive or negative reviews on the patch?
