I'm a bit confused now! And not happy!

Don't where to send complaints to about this app, so posting here! Last week I got a message through from Glow to remind me to update my cycle info . I had been logging on and filling in my cycle information for the last few months, every day, so thought everything had been updated already. So logged in the next day and everything had changed, my cycle info was about 2 days late and my period is meant to be with me next week?? I'm very confused by this! I have had to change to a completely different app as myself and my husband are ttc and don't really have the time to waste! Not a happy bunny here! 😡
