What should I eat?
Hey! I'm 6 weeks pregnant and my morning sickness is hitting me like a truck.. I haven't really consumed much solids in the past few days in fear of throwing it up. Unfortunately, I still throw up regardless of whether there's something in my stomach or not..
But I am STARVING! I'm craving a subway sandwich with extra mayo, provolone, roast beef, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cucumber, and possibly more when I go to the sandwich bar, completely toasted to perfection.. But again, I'm afraid of consuming too harsh things that'll upset my stomache..
HOW SHOULD I ADJUST MY SANDWICH? If not a sandwich, what should I eat?!
Right now, my diet is 3 cans of ginger ale, some water, and a few cashews a day.
