Need help for my furr baby

We had a heap of rain the last week and now my dog is covered in grey ticks!!! I am currently pregnant so i have a super weak stomach for this!! Can anyone tell me home remidies for ticks that work?? I've googled a few and have tried dish washing liquid (this morning), medicated soap, tea tree dog wash a few times even tried to leave it on him for a few hours with no luck i have wormed him with flea and tick treatment and got him a tick and flea collar.... my poor furr baby is still covered in them and i cannot pick them off by hand as i throw up constantly afterwards...but everytime i have washed him i go over him with a nit comb and get them off that way.... i will be trying apple cider vinegar tomorrow if the dish washing liquid doesn't work today 😔😢 can someone please please help me?? I know this isnt the place to post this but I have no where/anyone else to ask... TIA!!!
