Growing up without a mom

Has anyone on here grown up without a mom or mother figure? My mother left my father when I was 2 and my other 3 siblings were between 6 months and 5 years old. My dad never got remarried or never even had a girlfriend. It seems so weird to some people but I never knew my mom and never really had that mother figure in my life. My dad IS THE BEST MAN on this planet :) he raised four kids on his own makin minimum wage. He always made sure we had food and a warm place to sleep. Anyways, is there anyone else like me? Why did your mother leave? Did it affect you at all? Are you angry with your mom?
