Accident

Well today I rear ended someone, I'm 25 weeks pregnant there was seriously barely any damage it was a tap. I hit them going about 5-10 MPH but the lady called the cops and I got a ticket for careless driving for 165 $ but my question is, would I have to go get checked out like the baby? I mean it was a tap not even going like 5 or so mph I haven't had any spotting or anything like that since and Im pretty sure I've felt him since then
