Who else deals with mental illness?

Question

I was diagnosed with anxiety disorder, ADHD, ADD, and OCD when I was 13. I'm 23 now and I take Zoloft and Concerta but I'm still constantly working on it. I've learned that what makes you different from everyone else is how you decide to face life's challenges.

Bipolar Disorder and Depression runs in my family. My mother committed suicide when I was young because of it and both of my sisters have been dyagnosed with both. I haven't been to a doctor yet. One, because I don't have any health insurance. Two, because I don't want to be on all of the medication. I'm almost positive I have both and it's terrible.

I was diagnosed with OCD and mild anxiety at 4. At 15, I was diagnosed with GAD, stress-induced anxiety, social anxiety and clinical depression.

I'm taking no medication for it, and am seeing a psychologist every month.

I have bi polar manic depression and generalized anxiety disorder. Ive had them my whole life but didn't get diagnosed with them until i was 23. Its helped knowning what exactly i have but its still a battle dealing with them everyday

I was diagnosed with ADHD and Bi-polar disorder around 18. The Dr's put me on a few different types of medication but all of them made me feel out of it, Or real groggy. I hated feeling that way So about a year later I finally stopped taking them and now I'm 25 still not taking medication and I feel amazing! I have my off days as expected but I've learned how to kind of control myself.

I have a learning disability and ADD 
It takes me longer than everyone else when it comes to basically anything. I've learned that just because something is hard doesn't mean that I cannot do it. I've literally been made fun of at jobs and called retarded for not catching on as fast as everyone else. To the point that I ran to the bathroom and just bursted out in tears and then they laughed at me for crying. After a while I get really good at things and I ended up taking their jobs. It's just a matter of challenging yourself. I've also learned how to overcome my ADD without medication.
