I keep waking up out of my sleep and throwing up my chest feels really heavy has anyone experienced this before?

I'm 26 weeks and the bigger this baby gets, the harder it is for me to breathe while lying down. It's common. May e prop yourself up on some pillows.

Do you sleep on your back? Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night and feel nauseated and have a heavy chest. I'm currently 36 weeks and have had that since about 30...

But "morning sickness" can also cause you to have the same issues. So, for me, it's normal. I'm not sure about anyone else
