new to this "penis" thing 😂

So I'm a STM and I have a daughter... I also have nieces that I've been practically a second mother to, and even though I have two nephews, I was never a frequent caregiver for them in their baby days. Anyways, I have a brand new baby boy and his diaper changes are ridiculous! I've been peed on or more than once and he always ends up getting pee somewhere! I'm still trying to figure out how to successfully keep his little guy under wraps and clean him with out making a mess! Any tips from the professional boy mommies? Also I have heard of "pee-pee tee-pees" but I've never seen them anywhere!
